To apply for a refund/return, please follow the steps below:

After-sale method

Send an email to obtain a “ Returns and Refunds Authorization ” to get started

After approval return items with an RMA form.

CENTURY TECH SYSTEM with inspect the items once received.

Refunds will be processed according to request.


To apply for a refund or exchange, a return request should be submitted within 30 days after the delivery date. Products that meet the repair conditions can only enjoy repair services if a repair request is made within the warranty period.


In case of force majeure, CENTURY TECH SYSTEM does not guarantee a full refund, but we will do our best to compensate for your loss.


For products classified as "electrostatic sensitive," appropriate preventive measures must be taken. ESD or moisture-sensitive products should not be opened unless under controlled conditions.
