Enhanced Stability
In addition to Vibration Control Technology (VCT), WD Black features StableTrac technology that secures the motor shaft inside the hard drive at both ends to reduce additional system-induced vibration. StableTrac firmly stabilizes the platters for more precise tracking of a particular sector during read and write operations and improved performance. (Models 2TB and above)
